The brief for these pants was to make something simple, easy and seriously comfortable that suits everyone. We think we have nailed it and believe these guys are the comfiest pants you will own!
These pants have all our favourite things:
Made from 100% European linen, completely naturally woven from the fibres of the flax plant (fully biodegradable, microplastic-free and beautiful to wear - read more about it in our journal).
Big pockets with durable stitching.
Coloured with OEKO-TEX® certified dyes (which means no chemicals harm your skin or the earth - read more about it in our journal).
Comfortable drawstring and a generous elastic waistband (we don’t really see the need for tight pants in this world).
Handmade in Wellington, New Zealand by a group of happy and well-paid women.
Transparent supply chain.
Comes carefully wrapped in our recycled packaging.
The Barry Linen Pants are unisex and also come in oatmeal, forest green and babaganoush, which you can view in our shop here.
The Barry Linen Pants are oversized for a baggy fit so we recommend you size down if you would like to wear them around your waist, and stay your regular size to wear them around your hips. If you have any questions about sizing, or would like another size that is not available, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Dion wears the pants with our white Painter’s Shirt, and Andi wears them with our forest green short sleeve shirt, both of which you can find in our little shop here.
For fabric care guidelines, please see here. They will shrink a little in a hot wash and as with all linen, these pants will only get better as you wear and wash them. Embrace the crinkles or get handy with the iron, whatever floats your boat!
